The Thailand Business Angel Network (TBAN) is an association of angel investors who invest their personal funds in startup enterprises.
TBAN was established by alumni of the QBAC+ (Qualified Angel Investor Certificate) program, a course offered by the WBAF Business School (the educational arm of the World Business Angel Investment Forum) in partnership with Thailand's Software Park.

TBAN was founded with a clear purpose to support the growth of high-quality startups driven by research and innovation. Our goal is to foster sustainable development through a rigorous selection process that builds investor confidence and encourages effective cross-sector collaboration. We take a proactive approach by leveraging strategic networks, refining business models, and providing marketing and financial guidance. This creates real opportunities for startups to scale into SMEs or unicorns, backed by experienced angel investors.

In our first year, TBAN was established with a clear mission to foster knowledge, promote collaboration, and build strong networks both in Thailand and internationally. Through partnerships with global organizations such as the World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), we support high-quality, purpose-driven investments. Our focus is on science and advanced technology, particularly startups on the path to becoming unicorns, with a vision to drive innovation and expand global impact.
